Is there a way to shut off the beeping noise when someone is pressing buttons on the parking meter machine? One was just installed outside of my business and it beeps when people are using it ALL DAY LONG and is driving my employees crazy. There is no reason for it to beep so loud. PLEASE turn off the beep

Residents of 216-220 Holladay Ave leave their dogs outside in the backyard for many hours per day, including between the hours of 10pm-7am. The dogs bark at all hours, but it is most disruptive at night when neighbors are trying to sleep.
