Driving home along 3rd Street in Dogpatch, a Black Mazda was driving erratically; speeding while consistently switching lanes & a bunch of us had to move out of the way when they switched lanes b/c they were in between the lanes. They also almost ran over a bicyclist by cutting them off while switching lanes & not timing it properly. Attached is the license plate

Bouche Restaurant has tables and chairs on the sidewalk in addition to their parklet. Caller is not sure whether they have a permit for the sidewalk. It leaves very little space for pedestrians. They also have 2-3 barrels as tables to store utensils and supplies for the servers. The sidewalk is also uneven and on an incline, caller feels it is hazardous for the tables and chairs.

Homeless people are crowding the street. Please help remove them from the area. This has been ongoing all day!!! Please help. It’s not safe or sanitary. Located in front of 500 Hyde Street San Francisco, CA 94109

Skateboarders obstructing sidewalks on both sides and blocking traffic

The sprinklers have not been on for over a month on Sunset Blvd/36th Ave between Quintara and Rivera.

Business name Breadbelly. Caller reporting business taking up 3 spaces of angled parking. Caller states they have been designated for only two spaces.
