this issue was happening just few days ago and it is happening again. raw sewage coming from the vent.

The side sewer vent is clogged with sand, they had a plumber come out and they state the sewer is filled with sand. They'd like this fixed as soon as possible, because of the sand everything is clogged, they have sewage in the driveway and its a strong sewage smell, please address as soon as possible.

There is a cockroach infestation on that corner. At night time there are dozens of roaches. I’m concerned this will spread to the nearby houses, of which one is mine.

Water constantly streaming out of the street at intersection of Worth and 21st Street in Noe/Eureka Valley. You can hear water gurgling under the street. The water pours down both sides of Worth Street.
