This can is constantly a magnet for dumping and is often overflowing and covered in needles and feces. It is in front of a school. Can we remove it to deter any future mess?

The residents never bring their cans in after they are emptied by Recology

Caller reporting they leave 6 or 7 cans out all week on the sidewalk and by mid-week, they are overflowing with garbage.

Garbage can has been on the street for 2 weeks. AirBnB guests don’t know to take it in.

The consistency is disgusting! She does it EVERYDAY!?! IS IT EVEN LEGAL to claim a parking spot everyday? And displace trash can in public. This is again double violation
