@SF311 501 Laguna Honda Blvd- Sinking curb

The more accurate location is 22 Battery/Bush right in front of the Coffee place and BoiChik bagels. I am requesting that an inspector goes to this location to check these bolts and possibly remove them or cut them down so that no one else takes another fall like I did. This is a very dangerous situation and someone can get worse than I did.

Repairs needed soon as possibile. poses a public safty hazerd.

Severely lifted sidewalk . Homeowner said this has been like this for 4 years already and is getting worse.

Metal bar that is sticking up out from the sidewalk curb. Caller stated there was some construction done and suspects that the curb may have been damaged due to that.

I recently fell on the Embarcadero sidewalk where South Beach Marina apartments is located. Over the last 2 years, this long block of public walking (from 2nd & Embarcadero to just past Town’s End Restaurant) has become a safety hazard for pedestrians with either chunks of bricks missing or bricks lifting up over 3 inches high due to the roots from trees. It’s something that has been neglected too long now. I hope it is addressed soon before someone gets seriously injured. Thank you in advance

Sidewalk in front of property has lifted in several locations due to tree roots from city planted street trees

weeds 3 to 5 feet growing thru sidewalks from 3300 to 3700 blocks of San Bruno ave.94134

Transferred from SR 101000710641. There is a hole in the sidewalk --18 inches in diameter- a circular plate is missing. Please inspect and repair ASAP as it is a hazard- Due to the hole being at location the public has started to put items in hole and it is unknown if this is causing issues for any utilities. Sidewalk has been spray painted and cone has been place but issue is not resolved.
